Payment Policies

These payment policies are applicable to the Woodbridge At Home program only. Upon enrollment at The Woodbridge Academy, parents agree to the terms and conditions stated in these policies.

1. ENROLLMENT FEES. A child is not officially enrolled until all required Upon Enrollment fees have been duly settled. An official receipt will be issued upon payment.

2. PAYMENT MODES. Parents may settle their child's tuition fees by paying directly at the school or by doing an over-the-counter deposit/online banking transfer to the account nominated by The Woodbridge Academy. All checks should be made out to The Woodbridge Academy of Bacolod.

3. PAYMENT CONFIRMATIONS. Payment confirmations must be sent to payments.woodbridge@gmail.com only. Any payment confirmation sent to a different email address, through Facebook Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp, etc. will NOT be honored by The Woodbridge Academy. An official receipt will be issued upon payment.

4. MONTHLY TUITION FEES. The monthly tuition fee is due every fifth (5th) of each month and is not subject to adjustments due to excessive absences brought about by illnesses or family obligations.

5. SUMMER CAMP FEES. Payments for our summer programs are final and may not be refunded. These fees, however, may be deductible from the applicable upon enrollment fees should the parent wish to enroll their child for the incoming school year. 

6. RESERVATION FEES. Our tuition fees are inclusive of a non-refundable, non-transferrable reservation fee of P4,000.00 to lock-in your child's slot upon enrollment.

7. REFUNDS. Parents may request for a refund of payment of enrollment fees less the P4,000.00 reservation fee before classes start. After classes start, the following is applicable: Deduction of reservation fee + 10% deduction on remaining balance if refund is requested one (1) week after classes start and Deduction of reservation fee + 20% deduction on remaining balance after two (2) weeks after classes start. Absolutely no refunds will be honored three (3) weeks after classes start.
